Sha Sha is preparing for her upcoming show and below you can see the various processes Sha Sha goes through to create a piece. Below is one she uses to give the soft hues to her masks. To help you understand how she creates her work : For the white masks: first she paints many layers of white gesso type paint sanding between every 2 layers until it is very smooth. She then masks off a pattern with tape and airbrushes the first color.such as purple,then moves the tape,and airbrushes red,then finally yellow. I do all these projects simultaneously
